Makt Personal Data Protection Policy

Introduction

For the purposes of exercising its business activity, Makt collects and processes Personal Data in the ways cited below. The protection of your Personal Data is a priority for Makt. Makt implements this Personal Data Protection Policy [the Protection Policy] when collecting, storing, using and in any way processing your Personal Data, always according to current national legislation and Directive 2016/d679/EU (General Data Protection Directive – GDPR) for the protection of natural persons against the processing of their personal data and the free circulation of such data. This Protection Policy pertains to the company Makt SA, and the personal data of natural persons that Makt keeps. Information on other companies or entities is not included in the scope of this Protection Policy.

Makt may make any amendment to the terms of this Data Protection Policy, within the framework of current legislation each time and when it is deemed necessary, and any such amendment shall go into effect upon its publication on this website.
